Digitalization & RPA Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
• Translate business requirements and process documentation into automation workflows.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of bots into production environments.
• Support maintenance and monitoring of existing automations to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Document workflows, technical designs, and support materials for knowledge sharing.
• Stay current on RPA trends and best practices while continuously learning new features in UiPath and related automation tools.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Basic understanding of process automation, Subscripting (SAP), or programming (e.g., Python, C#, VB, SQL, Java, .NET).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously develop automation skills.
• Fluent level of English is mandatory

Preferred (nice to have):

• Experience working with leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) or similar automation tools.
• Experience with Excel VBA, macros, or database querying (SQL).
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
• Any UiPath certification (e.g., RPA Associate) is a plus.
