What's Exciting About The Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Digital UI & Brand Designer to bring Verifone’s global brand to life across digital channels. In this role, you will design visually striking, user-centric digital experiences that reflect Verifone’s innovation, inclusivity, and leadership in the payments industry.

You’ll collaborate with global marketing, product, and web teams to ensure every digital touchpoint, from campaign pages and microsites to visuals, motion assets, and presentations, reinforces the Verifone brand and delivers measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate combines strong design craft with strategic thinking, someone who can balance creativity with clarity, and aesthetics with conversion. You understand how to design for impact in a B2B environment, translating complex technology stories into clean, cohesive, and modern visual systems that engage our audiences and strengthen our position as the front door to global commerce.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, and product teams to design digital and print assets including landing pages, PPC ads, event materials, thought leadership content, emails, presentations, animations, and more.
• Design and deliver high-quality UI assets and components in Figma, ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and a modern, cohesive aesthetic across all platforms.
• Build and maintain scalable brand systems, templates, and asset libraries (Frontify), ensuring global teams and external partners adhere to brand standards.
• Shape and grow Verifone’s visual identity across multiple channels, ensuring a unified, premium, and recognizable brand presence.
• Translate data and user insights into design decisions, leveraging analytics, usability testing, and research to optimize engagement and performance.
• Advocate for design best practices, from accessibility and responsiveness to typography, hierarchy, and interaction principles.
• Empower non-designer team members by developing reusable templates and toolkits in Canva, Photopea, and PowerPoint that enable brand-aligned content creation.
• Collaborate with external agencies and contractors to ensure global brand consistency and high creative standards.
• Bring ideas from concept to polished execution, combining creativity and technical skill to deliver pixel-perfect work across all formats.
• Contribute to storytelling and visual strategy, creating narratives that bring Verifone’s technology, people, and purpose to life.
• Stay current with emerging design and AI technologies, integrating innovative tools and techniques that enhance efficiency and creative impact.

Skills and Experience we desire

• 5+ years of experience in web, graphic, UI/UX, or brand design, preferably within a B2B, SaaS, payments or Fintech environment.
• A portfolio that showcases strong branding, layout, and design systems across multiple digital and print formats.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with Frontify or similar brand management tools.
• Excellent typography, hierarchy, and composition skills, with an eye for clarity and modern design.
• Experience collaborating within a marketing, product marketing, product team and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to communicate design decisions and present work effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Experience in motion graphics, illustration, or digital production is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Curiosity and experience exploring emerging AI-driven design tools and workflows.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive, with a passion for design innovation and continuous improvement.
