We are seeking a Digital Strategy Manager to play a key role in shaping and delivering on-site digital experiences that delight customers and support commercial growth. This position will partner with multiple global teams to drive digital execution, ensure compliance, enable impactful marketing experiences, and provide actionable insights that inform strategic direction. The role is central to driving quality B2B lead generation and enhancing the online experience for both new and existing customers.

What you will do:

  • Partner with global colleagues to advise on and shape digital strategies, driving quality B2B leads and improving the online customer experience
  • Represent the Digital team and the customer within cross-functional initiatives delivering enhanced digital experiences
  • Drive execution of digital marketing initiatives to support commercial growth objectives
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with privacy, data protection, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with marketing partners to enhance campaigns and recommend innovative technology solutions to improve performance and efficiency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies
  • Identify and introduce new tools, capabilities, and best practices to optimise performance
  • Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to inform digital strategy
  • Support delivery of new customer experiences that showcase the breadth and depth of market data offerings
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading or managing marketing delivery and digital execution in a dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of SEO and its commercial impact
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
  • Experience leading teams directly or indirectly is advantageous
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business management, or a relevant professional qualification preferred
  • Ability to work UK hours
  • Strong understanding of digital UX and customer journey optimisation
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for digital innovation and performance improvement
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet ambitious timelines
  • Proactive, analytical approach with a focus on continuous improvement
