We are hiring Digital & Social Growth Manager a highly hands-on operator who can independently drive social media growth, paid campaigns, branding, and performance marketing across platforms.
This is not a coordination role.
This is not a strategy-only role.
You will personally execute everything.
🎯 The Role
You will own and execute:
- Organic social media growth (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Paid advertising (Meta primarily; YouTube & Google where relevant)
- Creative testing & performance optimisation
- Brand identity & content direction across social channels
- Analytics, tracking & reporting
- Growth experiments & funnel optimisation
Most marketing activity will happen on social platforms.
You must be comfortable working inside Meta Ads Manager daily.
🔥 What You Will Be Responsible For
1️⃣ Organic Social Growth
- Build and grow Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube presence
- Develop short-form content strategy
- Create scroll-stopping hooks and messaging
- Maintain consistent brand voice and identity
- Drive engagement, profile visits, and bookings
2️⃣ Paid Social & Digital Advertising
- Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end
- Structure campaigns, audiences, and retargeting funnels
- Run creative A/B testing
- Optimise daily for performance (CPL, CAC, ROAS)
- Test YouTube and Google where strategically relevant
3️⃣ Branding & Identity
- Maintain a strong, consistent brand presence
- Align messaging with mental health ethics and sensitivity
- Balance performance marketing with trust-building
4️⃣ Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Set up and validate tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4)
- Analyse CTR, CPC, conversion rates, CAC
- Identify drop-offs and optimise funnel performance
- Build performance dashboards
- Make data-driven decisions independently
Requirements
✅ Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads
- Experience running paid campaigns on Instagram & Facebook
- Experience with TikTok and YouTube marketing
- Strong understanding of organic growth strategies
- Comfortable building and managing campaigns independently
- Strong knowledge of analytics and tracking
- Ability to structure funnels from ad → landing page → booking
- Experience reducing CAC through optimisation
- Strong understanding of short-form content dynamics
- High ownership mindset — no dependency on agencies
You must be able to:
- Launch campaigns yourself
- Diagnose performance issues yourself
- Optimise creative yourself
- Analyse metrics yourself
- Improve results without needing a team

- Experienced in performance-focused social campaigns
- Skilled at testing, failing, and iterating quickly
- Ethical and responsible in sensitive industries
- Highly independent and self-driven
Experience in mental health, education, or high-trust industries is a plus.
