Note: This is a contract-to-hire position, starting part-time for the first 3-6 months.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—designers, developers, and clients—to define project goals and requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and solve issues before they impact delivery.
- Serve as the primary client contact, keeping them informed and expectations managed.
- Lead project meetings and foster seamless communication between all team members.
- Oversee testing and quality control to ensure all deliverables meet high standards.
- Assist in resource allocation to optimize team efficiency and productivity.
- Continuously seek ways to refine and enhance project management processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience managing digital projects, ideally in website creation or marketing.
- Experience working in an agency or e-commerce environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and laser-focused attention to detail.
- Fluent English communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Asana.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a bonus.
- A passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.
