Digital Product Operation Manager

  • Take the lead in product operation and develop business development plans and operation strategies, including operation strategies, operation process adaptation, operation solution, tool optimization, resource capability improvement, and business improvement.
  • Be responsible for the success of product operation, manage operation revenue, and optimize costs.
  • Be responsible for risk rating and warning of operation projects, organize joint assurance meetings, provide solutions, and ensure that project risks are closed.
  • Collects and replicates excellent cases from other countries or other projects.
  • Be responsible for daily operation activities, regularly monitor data indicators, submit related operation data reports and recommended solutions, plan and write activity solutions, propose objectives, and achieve expected results.
  • Participate in and guide carriers/partners to jointly develop and execute business plans.
  • Promote the optimization and rapid iteration of products and operation tools, improve user experience and loyalty, and achieve sustainable business growth and business continuity. Continuously support the optimization of the cloud service operation system and accumulate it as a process asset.
  • Develop the operation capability of operation projects, establish and continuously optimize the estimation, budgeting, accounting, and final accounting, operation analysis, and risk mitigation capabilities of joint operation projects, and continuously improve the operation methods of joint operation projects.
  • Be responsible for project operation management, including revenue milestone design and cost control strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in finance, music, game, and video product operations is preferred
  • Mandatory ability to use Turkish, Chinese as work language fluently
  • Market insight capability and capability of providing operation suggestions based on insight results
  • Operation capability improvement centered on the brand
  • Operation capability centered on increasing the amount of users
  • Improve business operation capabilities by designing and improving products.
  • Ability to help product optimization and operation management and drive business growth based on data analysis
  • Ability to improve product exposure and subscriber amount based on online and offline activities
  • Introduce more users through different channels and methods to obtain more users, improve product exposure, and improve business capabilities.
  • Operation capabilities centered on improving industry competitiveness
