Digital Product Manager - Learning and Communication

  • Drive Engagement & Adoption: Design and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that leverages various channels (including newsletters, internal platforms, and social tools) to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI of learning products.
  • Own and Manage Communication Strategy & Channels: Develop and oversee the communication strategy and communication channels, utilizing all possible ways to increase reach and engagement.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Own and manage the "We Learn" communication, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and user-relevant content. Write, edit, and curate learning-related communications, adapting messaging to different target audiences.
  • Product Thinking: Treat our learning portfolio as a digital product, applying A/B testing, data insights, and personalization to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Define and track key metrics (e.g., click-through rates, active users, conversion rates), analyze engagement data, and run experiments to continuously improve communications and learning product effectiveness.
  • Technology & Automation: Work with IT and learning tech vendors to optimize communication tools, automate campaigns, and improve platform integration to drive seamless learning adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and internal communications teams to align learning experiences with business needs and ensure a cohesive user journey.
  • User-Centric Approach: Conduct research (surveys, interviews, heatmaps, usage trends) to understand friction points and improve platform usability and communication effectiveness.
  • A completed university degree with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in learning & development, corporate communication, digital marketing, or product management.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills with a proven ability to craft engaging, user-centric messaging across different channels.
  • Data & Analytics Mindset: Comfortable with engagement metrics, analytics dashboards, A/B testing, and behavioral data.
  • Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Familiar with digital tools, automation, integrations, APIs, and learning technologies, including negotiation (with social partners and data privacy considerations).
  • User Experience & Growth Focused: Experience in customer engagement, design thinking, or digital marketing to drive adoption.
  • Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading strategic projects in international teams with excellent stakeholder management, assertiveness, and storytelling skills—up to top management level.
  • Fluency in English at the highest level.
  • Flexibility for business travels.
