About You
To thrive in this role, you should bring proven experience either as a product owner in product management. You’ll also need demonstrated leadership in best-practice digital product development, along with hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft 365. You have knowledge of corporate communication, Intranet and social media and deep understanding how they can be integrated together to maximise efficiency and productivity.
You have deep knowledge of digital technology, SaaS models and licensing, service management, identity and access management, ability to interpret usage metrics and user behaviour data. You have demonstrable experience in setting a clear vision for your area, working in an Agile working set-up, proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data. You are skilled in backlog management, user story writing, and prioritisation techniques.
We believe you have strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders and a true team player with strong collaboration skills. Furthermore, you should have strong business acumen and strategic mind-set, and we also see that you have knowledge and experience working with various technology platforms such as Sitecore, Sharepoint, Viva Engage, Viva Connections, Sharepoint analytics products, Microsoft Search. As a person you enjoy working at a high pace with many international stakeholders, taking key decisions as a true leader that will protect our users and result in an outstanding impact for IKEA.
This role is full-time (40 hours per week) and based in Malmo/Delft . This role sits in the Digital Workplace Data & Product Enabling functions and reports to the Digital Product Manager.
