Join the Mission: Digital Product Expert (Mastercam Specialist)

The Role: High-Energy, High-Ownership

At Phillips Corporation, we aren’t just selling machines; we are on a mission to be the best supplier of manufacturing technology in the world by delivering legendary value. We are looking for a Digital Product Expert—a unique individual with technical expertise and a passion for administration, to take ownership of our Mastercam ecosystem. This isn’t a linear, "box-ticking" job; you will manage over a dozen independent topics simultaneously, navigating complex email threads and CRM workflows where projects can span months from start to finish. You will be the essential bridge between our sales team and our technical digital systems, ensuring that every transaction is handled with complete integrity and transparency.

What You’ll Accomplish

You will achieve mastery of all core systems, including the Mastercam Extranet, iCentral, and various post-processor portals, while constantly looking for ways to optimize and refine our internal processes. Your day-to-day will involve providing expert pre-sales guidance to help customers select the right products, followed by the flawless execution of orders, renewals, and add-ons. Because every order is different, you will take charge of digital product distribution and manage the critical transition from temporary to permanent licenses to ensure our customers never face a service outage. Beyond software, you will even help manage hardware logistics like ordering and tracking laptops to ensure our clients have everything they need to succeed.

The Skills You Bring

  • You have a strong working knowledge of Mastercam and are excited to stay connected to the programming and machining world.
  • You are "heavy on the admin" and enjoy the challenge of organizing complex data, tracking licenses, and managing CRM tools.
  • Experience with Mills and Lathes is a must; familiarity with Mill-Turn or post-processors will really make you stand out.
  • You are a true people person who is obsessed with customer satisfaction and follow-through.
  • You don't just follow a workflow; you take ownership to build, refine, and optimize processes to bridge the gap between sales and technical systems.
  • You thrive in an environment that isn't a straight line, staying on top of multiple independent threads that can take months to complete.
  • You embody the Phillips Partner spirit by always being in learning mode, striving for virtuosity in every technical and professional interaction.
