Description
As a Digital Planner II, you are expected to achieve more advanced and routine tasks like detailing and case planning with limited supervision. You demonstrate a growing understanding of orthodontic concepts and digital tools while developing independence in task execution and case flow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete case detailing or other case planning tasks with minimal support.
- Recognize common setup issues and resolve simple problems independently.
- Apply feedback to improve consistency and clinical accuracy.
- Participate in team reviews and calibration sessions.
- Understand and follow LightForce products, services, and planning procedures.
- Begin managing a straightforward full-case lifecycle (scan to MFG).
- Support team success by sharing learnings and best practices.
- Comply with all Company policies, such as the Global Core Policies, and country-specific handbooks, policies, and guidelines.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in CAD design or treatment planning.
- English level: B2–B2+.
- Demonstrated ability to apply SOPs independently.
- Strong attention to detail and initiative.
- Basic understanding of clinical concepts and orthodontic workflows.
- Able to manage simpler cases and escalate complex ones appropriately
Physical Demands

- Requires the ability to see, listen, and speak
Work Environment
- Work is generally performed in an open office, sedentary position.
Salary Range
650,000.00 - 700,000.00 Colones per month
