NeoGenomics is looking for an Operations Program Manager who wants to learn to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is remote position with a Monday – Friday, day shift.

Position Summary: 
As an Operations Program Manager you will play a critical role in driving cross-functional execution and operational excellence within a fast-paced oncology diagnostics environment. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of key operational initiatives that support clinical testing, laboratory throughput, product launches, and continuous improvement efforts. You will work closely with the entire Enterprise Operations team, the Program Manager ensures programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory and business priorities.
In this role you will be assigned to our Digital Pathology program, which aims to advance our digital capabilities between Laboratory Operations, Pathology, and our customers making NeoGenomics a cutting-edge oncology diagnostic provider.
Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for successthe success of projects and programs and impact on the business strategy.
  • Creates and ensures effective and efficient communication across laboratory business functions; motivates and energizes the team through leadership.
  • Works closely with the Leadership team to drive project and program direction.
  • Leads cross-functional and/or multi-disciplinary project planning supporting multi-generational projects to support the business strategy.
  • Works as an equal partner with the internal Business Sponsor to deliver internal project results relating to tools, process, systems, structures, compliance, people development, and other non-product related objectives.
  • Solves complex and ambiguous problems leading the strategic and forward-thinking program execution, including (but not limited to) concept discussion, program execution, rollout, training, pilot trials, and successful delivery to the business.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree within a life, physical, or computer science; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years project management experience managing lab operations and/or pathology projects focused on LIMS/LIS systems strongly preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Ability to travel occasionally
