What will you do?

  • Translate connected services strategies into concrete target business and operating models, bridging strategic vision and operational execution.
  • Design and implement operational and innovation frameworks that structure project development and streamline how new ideas are brought to market.
  • Investigate digital operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and potential privacy gaps, ensuring that connected services are compliant by design.
  • Analyse existing business processes and propose concrete improvements across various operational domains using Business Process Engineering methodologies.
  • Support stakeholder alignment by validating insights with end-users and key stakeholders, transforming findings into services with a clear business rationale.
  • Develop clear narratives, storylines, and visualisations to communicate project value, strategic direction, and outcomes to both technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Act as a transversal point of contact across strategy, technology, and data teams, preventing silos and ensuring continuity across workstreams.
  • Cooperate with Product Owners to translate strategic objectives into structured projects with defined KPIs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimisation opportunities and supporting best practices in strategy execution and digital operations.

 

What are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in management consulting, digital transformation, business operations, or similar roles (preferably within the Mobility or Tech sectors).
  • Strong experience in Business Process Engineering or process mapping (e.g., flowcharts, BPMN), with a keen eye for efficiency in digital workflows.
  • Familiarity with the lifecycle of digital products and services.
  • Proven ability to build compelling business cases, market analyses, and data-driven strategic narratives.
  • Experience organizing workshops and navigating complex stakeholder environments to reach alignment and consensus.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Fluency in English.
  • Based in Portugal.
  • Availability to travel within the European Union.
