Andava Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional to lead and manage strategic partnerships. In this role, you will identify and build connections with publishers, bloggers, influencers, and industry websites to drive link-building, guest posting, and co-marketing opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with publishers, bloggers, influencers, and industry websites for link-building, guest posting, and co-marketing opportunities.
- Manage ongoing partnerships, ensuring content deliverables and link placements meet agreed standards.
- Negotiate terms and maintain clear, professional communication with external partners.
- Collaborate with our SEO, PR, and Content teams to execute partnership campaigns.
- Track and report partnership performance: backlinks, domain authority, referral traffic, and overall impact.
- Research trends and competitor strategies to discover new partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital partnerships, link-building outreach, or SEO
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and link quality evaluation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to spot small but important factors that affect partnership quality
- Strategic, focusing on the most relevant and high-value opportunities
- Proactive, always looking for new partnership possibilities
- Confident negotiator, able to secure fair and beneficial agreements
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using SEO and outreach tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
