We’re seeking a Digital Media Manager with a paid social focus to lead hands-on execution, optimization, and performance of paid social media campaigns. This role is hands on keyboard, with daily responsibility for activating, optimizing, and scaling paid and boosted social efforts across major social platforms. This role will take strategic direction from the internal PMT (Performance Marketing Team), particularly the digital media manager.  

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for paid social execution and collaborate closely with Brand AORs to align on creative best practices & specs, executional details, and in-flight optimizations that drive results. This role will also have the potential to work within programmatic platforms. 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Execute and optimize day-to-day paid social media campaigns across major social platforms 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all paid and boosted social activity, including: 
    • Campaign setup and trafficking 
    • Real-time optimization and budget pacing 
    • Audience targeting and segmentation 
    • Creative rotation, testing, and iteration 
  • Manage hands-on buying and optimization within paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Snapchat) 
  • Monitor performance in real time and proactively optimize toward campaign objectives (awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion) 
  • Partner with creative agencies on: 
    • Executional planning and campaign setup (including trafficking process) 
    • Creative best practices and ad format recommendations 
    • Platform-specific specifications and timelines 
  • Ensure accurate implementation of tracking, pixels, taxonomy, conversion events, and platform integrations 
  • Troubleshoot delivery, performance, or approval issues and provide timely solutions 
  • Support campaign reporting, insights, and learnings to inform future social strategies and optimizations 
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of paid social best practices, standards, and documentation. 
  • Ensure campaigns adhere to brand safety, data privacy, and platform compliance standards. 
  • 5+ years extensive hands-on paid social media buying experience with strong working knowledge of major paid social platforms and ad managers 
  • Proven experience executing and optimizing paid social campaigns end to end 
  • Experience managing both paid and boosted social campaigns 
  • Solid understanding of paid social fundamentals, including: 
    • Audience targeting and lookalike modeling 
    • Bidding and budget optimization 
    • Creative testing frameworks 
    • Performance measurement and KPIs 
  • Experience collaborating with Brand AORs or creative partners 
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple live campaigns simultaneously 
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-focused environments 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple objectives (upper- and lower-funnel) 
  • Familiarity with creative best practices across social formats (static, video, carousel, short-form) 
  • Working knowledge of: 
    • Programmatic buying platforms 
    • Adobe Analytics 
    • Audience management platforms (Liveramp) 
  • Background in an agency or high-volume in-house media environment 
  • Ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations 
  • Passion for staying current on paid social trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats 
  • Curiosity in agriculture a plus 
  • Excellent communication skills
