We’re looking for a Digital Media Buyer who lives for campaign performance and thrives on turning insights into installs. You’ll manage and optimize paid user acquisition across key platforms, using data to push performance higher and smarter every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead mobile UA campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, X (Twitter), and DSPs (e.g., AppLovin, Moloco)

  • Use analytics tools (Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer) to track performance and optimize against KPIs

  • Launch, test, and scale ad creative and targeting strategies based on user behavior and ROAS goals

  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product to align growth efforts and refine messaging

  • Work with external partners and networks to execute and troubleshoot campaigns efficiently

  • Report on campaign performance and deliver actionable insights

What Success Looks Like

  • Within 30 days: You’ve audited current campaigns and identified first areas for optimization

  • Within 60 days: You’ve launched new tests across 2–3 platforms and achieved first meaningful wins

  • Within 90 days: You’ve on a good path to improve ROAS and help scale at least one channel significantly
