Digital Media and Marketing Communications Manager ( for pooling)

Manage the overall digital (and secondarily non-digital) media activities of the F&N business.

Job Scope: 
The DMC Manager of our Food and Nutrition business is responsible for all efforts relating to digital
media, and marketing communications. This scope includes but is not limited to: ecommerce
management, digital marketing, digital advertising, digital media management, digital campaign
management, digital community management, as well as overall media management, content strategy,
and content management. The role requires close collaboration with our F&N brand and trade
marketing teams, our data and insights teams, and our corporate IT teams, as well as all our external
agencies and partners. The DMC Manager will need to have in-depth experience in managing a
company’s e-commerce platforms and activities, immersion in digital marketing tools and activities, as
well as prior exposure to general omni-channel marketing planning, including traditional (or ATL) media
channels. The Manager must be comfortable with data analytics and reporting, especially in the digital
spaces. Along with the F&N brand teams, the DMC team is equally responsible for creative content
planning and deployment, and knowledge and passion in this area is also important.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Manage the e-commerce activities of the F&N business(es)
2. Manage the digital marketing activities of the F&N business(es) - including the receiving of total
digital marketing budgets and recommending best deployment across platforms and campaigns
to attain the brand building, business growth, and profit targets of each business
3. Propose and deploy digital marketing campaigns based on agreements with the brand
marketing teams
4. Develop/ oversee the development of creative materials based on received briefs and align
these with the brand marketing teams; this includes proposing content calendars
5. Manage the digital communities of the F&N businesses, across platforms; including content
development, response management, customer query handling
6. Proactively seek new digital platform opportunities to grow F&N businesses, whether via
ecommerce or sales expansion into digital/hybrid channels, or via growing awareness through
various digital channels
7. Monitor and report data analytics - sales revenues, customer analytics, campaign effectivities;
create dashboards for management and other stakeholders
8. Monitor and report external trends; market and competitor trends and movement, including
brand and product feedback

Other Tasks:
1. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the team leader.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or any related field. 
  • 5-8 Years of Experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Media Management, Content Development
  • Technical familiarity with website management, ecommerce management, Meta/Google/BD platforms
  • Coding capability a plus
