Location: Fully remote; able to work during US business hours

Classification: Full-time, exempt employee

Salary: $40.00 - $49.00 per hour

We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Manager to help drive our Marketing endeavors with dynamic writing, analytical skills, and campaign management abilities.


A Day in the Role:

  • Communications and Content Strategy
    • Strategize, write, and implement social media engagement and email marketing campaigns

    • Write multi-channel content that demonstrates measurable brand engagement and conversion lift

    • Develop targeted communication strategies for internal and external audiences

  • Brand Awareness and Positioning
    • Craft comprehensive marketing content that align with brand objectives, including email, social posts, paid ads, etc

    • Create consistent brand narratives across all communication platforms

    • Manage brand guidelines and visual identity standards

  • Market Insights and Community Activation
    • Implement social listening strategies to capture real-time digital conversations

    • Transform customer feedback into actionable strategic insights

    • Nurture online communities through targeted engagement tactics

  • Strategic Partnerships and Growth Initiatives
    • Track and optimize performance metrics for each marketing channel

    • Build strategic alliances that extend brand reach and credibility

  • Team and Collaborative Leadership
    • Support the buildout of a high-quality Marketing Communications team

    • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and other teams to drive marketing initiatives

The ideal candidate brings:

  • Experience with affiliate marketing programs or advanced influencer marketing strategies

  • Knowledge of or experience in EdTech

  • Portfolio showcasing versatile content creation across formats and channels

  • Communications experience with the following tools:
    • Digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

    • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude)

    • Marketing automation platforms (Unbounce)

    • Social media management tools (Agorapulse)

    • Design tools (Canva, Figma)
