About the Role
The client is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role focuses on strategic planning, content oversight, email marketing strategy, CRM management, and project coordination to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment on goals and performance while directing internal specialists toward execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
- Act as the main point of contact and project manager for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment on priorities.
- Generate, consolidate, and present marketing reports to track KPIs, connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes, and recommend optimizations.
- Direct and coordinate internal specialists to ensure high-quality execution of client strategies.
- Identify upsell opportunities and communicate them with leadership.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to stay updated on trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years in digital marketing, with 2+ years in a senior role within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience managing 6 - 10 client accounts simultaneously as the primary point of contact.
- Ability to develop and present data-driven strategies tailored to each client's goals.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional specialists (paid media, content, design) without direct authority.
- Familiarity with multi-channel attribution and ability to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
- HubSpot or Salesforce experience required, in a client-facing context.
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret performance data and translate it into clear client recommendations.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous marketing agency experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools for process automation and content creation.
