Main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage daily account management across Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and other advertising platforms

  • Plan, structure, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize efficiency and ROI

  • Conduct keyword, audience, bidding, and creative optimizations across multiple ad networks

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

  • Design and execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance and user acquisition results

  • Perform competitor research, market analysis, and follow industry trends closely

  • Generate regular reports and extract actionable insights from campaign data

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign strategy and performance outcomes

  • Support the Product team with data-driven analyses that contribute to product development and hotel inventory growth

  • Analyze hotel inventory performance and provide actionable insights to support performance marketing campaigns

  • Allocate marketing campaign budgets based on performance, efficiency, and ROI metrics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business, or related fields

  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, etc

  • .Experience with GA4 and app marketing tools, Power BI knowledge is a plus

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and A/B testing skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive knowledge is a plus

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and self-driven mindset
