Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & Data Analytics) to work full-time remotely. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in data-driven environments and knows how to turn insights into measurable growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in data processing, competitive market analysis, and advanced keyword research, playing a key role in shaping our organic growth roadmap. 

Key Responsibilities 

  •  Data Processing & Analysis 
  • Visualize marketing data to uncover trends and opportunities. 
  • Conduct statistical analysis, including A/B test evaluations and predictive modeling. 
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable marketing strategies. 
  • Keyword & Search Strategy 
  • Perform deep-dive keyword research and map search intent to content strategies. 
  • Develop topic clusters and identify competitive gaps to strengthen organic visibility. 
  • Implement localization strategies to optimize global reach. 
  • Performance Benchmarking 
  • Define KPIs and establish baseline metrics for marketing initiatives. 
  • Audit competitive landscapes and set realistic performance targets. 
  • Build and maintain dashboards for continuous performance tracking. 
  • Content & SEO Optimization 
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement on-page optimization. 
  • Restructure content based on data-driven insights to maximize engagement. 
  • Analyze link profiles and optimize SERP features. 

 

Requirements & Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in data-driven marketing, SEO, and competitive analysis. 
  • Strong proficiency in:  
  • Data Tools: SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), Excel (Advanced), Tableau/Power BI, Google Analytics 4. 
  • SEO Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog. 
  • Performance Tools: Looker Studio, HubSpot, CRM systems, Google Tag Manager. 
  • Content Tools: CMS platforms, HTML/CSS basics, Schema Markup. 
  • Professional-level proficiency in English
    (written and spoken). 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across teams.
