Evolving Systems seeks a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will drive the company’s digital presence, focusing on website and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content development, campaign execution, and strategy alignment and will be responsible for managing and analyzing performance metrics across both website and social media platforms.

Requirements

1. Content Marketing:

• Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for various digital marketing channels, particularly the website, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices and enhances user experience.

• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain an updated, optimized website that effectively communicates the company’s offerings and drives conversions.

2. Campaign Creation and Execution (Focus on Website with LinkedIn Support):

• Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns with a strong focus on driving traffic and engagement through the company website.

• Optimize the company’s website for SEO, user experience, and lead generation, utilizing data-driven strategies to improve performance.

• Manage LinkedIn campaigns as part of a broader digital marketing strategy, supporting the company’s website initiatives through social media engagement and paid advertising.

3. Digital Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement holistic digital marketing strategies, with the website serving as the central hub for lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the website, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

4. Data-Driven Campaign Analysis (Website and Social Media):

• Manage, track, and analyze marketing metrics specific to the website and social media platforms (particularly LinkedIn), including traffic, engagement, conversions, bounce rates, SEO rankings, and social media performance.

• Use tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and SEMrush to gather insights, create reports, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns.

• Continuously refine strategies based on website and social media platform performance data to improve campaign effectiveness.

5. Trend Monitoring and Innovation:

• Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, particularly in SEO.

• Make recommendations to improve the company’s website and overall digital strategy, ensuring Evolving Systems remains competitive and innovative.

6. LinkedIn Marketing (Supporting Website Strategy and Lead Generation):

• Manage LinkedIn marketing efforts to support website traffic and lead generation, including content creation, paid ads, and organic engagement.

• Lead the development and distribution of the company’s LinkedIn newsletter and implement LinkedIn-based lead generation initiatives to complement website campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing with a strong focus on website management, SEO, and content marketing.

• Hands-on experience with website optimization, SEO tools, and lead generation strategies.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing, including campaign management, newsletters, and lead generation.

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEM, and SEO strategies.

• Expertise in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and LinkedIn Analytics.

• Ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on driving website performance and lead generation.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and solid experience creating engaging content for digital platforms.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
