Position: Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Hours: 12am - 8am SAST (Monday-Friday)

Pay Rate: R25,000 - R30,000 per month (Negotiable based on Experience)

Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on SEO, you will be integral in supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns to boost the online visibility and patient numbers for healthcare clinics. Your expertise in SEO strategy, website design project management, content optimisation, content creation and digital marketing will help shape the online presence and growth of healthcare providers across Australia. This role is ideal for a driven professional who excels in data-driven SEO tactics and can translate insights into actionable strategies.

A fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps healthcare practices (dentists, doctors, allied health) attract new patients and build a strong online presence with website design & digital marketing. Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy and Digital Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and refine SEO strategies tailored to healthcare practices, with a focus on organic traffic growth and enhanced search visibility.
• Website Design Project Management: Manage website design freelancers, liaise with clients, and develop website strategy, a strong appreciation of UI/UX and modern website design principles is key
• Content Optimisation and Web Management: Collaborate on content strategies, develop social media posts on canva, optimise web pages, blog posts, and other assets to improve relevance, authority, and
• SEO performance. Client Communication and Reporting: Liaise with clients, providing a high-quality experience through regular updates and insights into campaign progress and results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO, with a portfolio showcasing successful SEO-driven campaigns.
• Previous experience in website project management or website design is a plus
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, PPC, and content marketing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
• Background in healthcare or related industry marketing is a plus but not required
