About the Opportunity

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the creation, management, and optimization of content across Dentons’ global and regional websites. This role sits within the website content team and focuses on day-to-day content operations, quality control, and continuous improvement of digital content to ensure accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and performance.

Working closely with regional marketing, communications, and business development teams, the role helps deliver high-quality web content that supports firm priorities, campaigns, and client engagement across Europe and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, update, and publish content across Dentons’ websites, blogs, and microsites using Sitecore and WordPress.
  • Support page builds, content migrations, and ongoing content maintenance, ensuring alignment with brand, accessibility, and web governance standards.
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to implement approved content updates in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Apply SEO best practices (metadata, headings, internal linking) to improve visibility and performance of web content.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy, formatting consistency, working links, and compliance with style and accessibility guidelines.
  • Support the lifecycle management of website content, including reviews, updates, archiving, and removals.
  • Assist with blogs, campaign landing pages, and microsites in support of marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Monitor basic website performance metrics and support reporting on content effectiveness.
  • Contribute to documentation, templates, and process improvements that support efficient website operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across regions to support global consistency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Technical experience and skills

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience working with digital content, websites, or online marketing (professional services or B2B environment preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore and/or WordPress preferred).
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and web best practices.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Very good English required (B2/C1 level); additional European languages are an asset.
