CC.Talent is seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to support an Australian-based business. This hybrid role combines digital marketing strategy and execution, graphic design, and light website development and maintenance.

Client Details
Our client is an established Australian organisation operating within a professional services environment. The business manages therapist services, client billing, and third-party payer arrangements. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate payroll processing, invoice generation, accounts receivable management, and financial record keeping.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
Manage and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
Monitor KPIs and provide performance reports with actionable insights
Manage social media accounts including content scheduling, engagement, and growth strategies
Support SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and search rankings
Design & Creative
Create digital assets including social media graphics, ad creatives, presentations, brochures, and email templates
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms
Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms
Produce AI-assisted visuals where appropriate
Support campaign launches with high-quality creative materials
Web Support (Light Development & Maintenance)
Manage and update website content via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar)
Upload and optimise landing pages, blogs, product pages, and other content
Implement minor layout, design, or content updates
Coordinate with developers for larger technical updates when required
Apply basic HTML/CSS knowledge when needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing
Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and analytics
Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Graphic design capability with a strong portfolio of creative work
Experience managing websites using CMS platforms
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred but not mandatory
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
Open to working in Clark, Pampanga
Open to a hybrid work set-up
Has experience working with Australian clients
Willing to work on Australian shift (AU hours)
