Brandefense as we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing various aspects of our digital marketing efforts, with a focus on setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, engaging in social media activities, and employing data analytics to drive strategy.

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in including performance marketing & analytics in Digital Marketing, preferably with lead-focused goals,
  • Utilize Google Analytics GA4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Meta Pixels, Meta Business Suite to optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Experience with SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, other ad platforms and analytic tools,
  • Experience in ad optimization, scaling and growth strategies,
  • Experience in organic growth, social media, SEO, content marketing, e-mail marketing, and organic growth tools is a plus,
  • Experience content management for the company website, forms, integrations and other assets,
  • Familiarity with modern demand generation strategy.
  • Good reporting skills,
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish, with strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Being tech-savvy for digital marketing software and integrations is a plus,
  • Goal-oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence & determination
  • Innovative attitude with a passion for bringing new ideas,
  • Proactive, dynamic, multi-tasking,

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Paid Advertising Management: Set up and monitor paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google. Must have expertise in using Facebook Business Ads Manager, Google Ads, and similar tools.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and GA Analytics to analyze and interpret campaign data. Prepare and deliver comprehensive social media reports monthly.
  • SEO and SEM: Implement and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility and ranking.
  • Social Media Engagement: Regularly post, share, and interact with the audience on various social media platforms to foster engagement.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage advertising budgets, making adjustments based on conversion rates and campaign analytics.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate in the development and execution of the company's digital marketing strategy.
  • Marketing Automation Tools: Plus to have experience in marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Semrush etc.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement creative marketing strategies.
