In this role, you will support our digital marketing initiatives by assisting with social media management, content creation, and audience engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging posts across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Community Management: Monitor social media channels for interactions, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our audience to foster a sense of community.
Content Strategy: Assist in brainstorming and executing content ideas that promote brand engagement and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
Analytics Tracking: Help analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve content strategies and engagement levels.
Trend Identification: Stay current with social media trends and platform updates, making recommendations for new tactics and content formats.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok) and their best practices.
Strong knowledge in Google and Meta Ads
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating captivating content.
Creativity and a keen eye for visuals to enhance social media posts.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (like Canva, Adobe PS or Illustrator) is a plus but not required.
