Cross Border Talents is recruiting English Speakers for Sales Social Media network based in Lisbon, Portugal.
- You will be part of a team of top-class sales professionals. You will drive sustained sales as well as proactively finding new selling opportunities.
- Generating leads and conduct lead management by contacting new and existing customers in the B2B market on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities;
- Establish a trust relationship with key decision-makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy;
- Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement
solutions; - Provide strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate your clients;
- Grow revenue up-selling towards existing clients;
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
According to your skills, interests and experience, you can engage in one of three tiers:
- Lead Hunter: at least three years of experience in lead generation in a digital marketing environment
- Lead Prospector: at least one year of experience in digital advertising, market research or sales
- Lead Scrubber: at least six months of experience in digital advertising, market research or sales

Requirements
- Fluency in English (C2 Level or Native);
- Good computer skills;
- Any kind of previous experience with sales, market research or digital advertising;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good listening and empathy skills;
- Good time management skills;
- Candidates should already reside in the Lisbon area and be EU citizens or have the proper residence/work permit.
