This role focuses on developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive participant growth and engagement. The Digital Marketing Producer will manage multi-channel campaigns across search, display, video, and social media, while leveraging marketing automation to generate leads and enhance conversion. This position requires a highly organized and creative professional who can collaborate with internal teams, manage vendor relationships, and analyze performance data to inform strategy. Accountabilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, collaborating with stakeholders and the marketing team.
Plan, produce, and optimize campaigns across search, display, video, social media, and marketing automation channels to drive participant growth.
Monitor performance of digital campaigns, analyze results, and provide actionable reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Manage relationships with external digital marketing vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
Collaborate with marketing automation and web teams to optimize lead scoring, content strategy, and user engagement across digital platforms.
Support the creation and curation of digital content, including blogs, social media, web, and user-generated materials.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in marketing, communications, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, or related field.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Marketo or equivalent, and social media advertising platforms.
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting, including Google Analytics, CRM platforms (Salesforce), and visualization tools (DOMO, Power BI) preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Creative, collaborative, detail-oriented, and flexible with a high-energy approach to work.
Understanding of SEO/SEM principles and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a mission-driven, international, and fast-paced environment.
