We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services across various digital channels.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, engaging with our target audience, and increasing customer acquisition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, content, sales, and analytics to optimize campaigns and ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, social media ads, etc.) across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
SEO & SEM: Lead search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and ensure website content is optimized for SEO best practices. Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to maximize ROI.
Social Media Management: Oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies, including content planning, audience engagement, and paid social campaigns.
Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective segmentation, personalization, and measurable results.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing channels, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams (designers, developers, content creators, sales) to ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns and brand consistency.
Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of content strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with the brand’s tone and goals.

Increase in website traffic

ROI on advertising spend
Lead generation and customer acquisition
Email campaign open and click-through rates
Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social media advertising, and email marketing.
Proficiency in managing and analyzing ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and lead generation tactics.
Solid understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for business growth.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or Shopify.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creative thinker with an innovative approach to digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification, or similar digital marketing certifications.
Experience in E-commerce: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving online sales.
Design Skills: Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to assist in creating marketing collateral.
