Our partner is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for Lead Acquisition in El Segundo, CA.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in generating top-of-the-funnel leads. The primary focus is on optimizing the website to attract potential candidates and clients, engaging them at various stages in the buying journey, and efficiently ushering them into the sales pipeline.
**Responsibilities:**
- Work with internal teams to develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies.
- Plan and execute targeted online advertising campaigns across platforms like display, video, and paid social.
- Develop a comprehensive video strategy, incorporating both original and User-Generated Content (UGC) for enhanced engagement and brand recall.
- Oversee and optimize Google My Business profiles to enhance local search visibility.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure visually appealing, user-friendly landing pages aligned with the brand.
- Utilize SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMRush) for ongoing keyword research and discovery.
Requirements
- 5 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in WordPress or other website management platforms.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google AdWords.
- Management of social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs and SEMRush.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
