Job Description
This role is responsible for managing customer relationships and digital marketing strategy for key clients in the luxury retail and beauty segment. Ideal candidates will have 3 - 5 years experience in paid media, and experience managing a team of coordinators to support campaign execution. The candidate should be extremely skilled in analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign, and be able to present actionable analysis to their clients and other internal teams.
This role is ideal for professionals looking to expand their experience across both paid digital and top of funnel brand strategy. Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Building trust and credibility at all levels of client organizations
- Establish, plan, and deliver your client’s digital marketing and brand strategy
- Communicating campaign metrics and making recommendations to senior leadership
- Exceeding client expectations for agency levels of service, frequently working within client offices with C-level executives.
- Leading team of coordinators, including on-going training and support to new hires as you grow your team
- Be an active member in the January Digital community and culture.
Knowledge and Skills
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, directly executing and managing large, intricate paid search campaigns.
- Advanced expertise in forecasting budgets and results.
- Advanced expertise in Google AdWords, Google Analytics andand Paid Social
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of advanced methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and experience leading teams are a must
- Ability to work independently and operate outside your comfort zone is critical
- Experience using DS, Kenshoo or Marin a big plus
- Luxury experience is a plus.
