We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute our digital marketing strategy across social, email, PR, and influencer. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic thinking, you’ll be responsible for building visibility, engagement, and demand across multiple channels while continuously maintaining our brand voice and optimizing performance.
You’ll manage our day-to-day presence on key platforms, experiment with new growth opportunities, and turn insights into action.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Own and execute across key digital marketing platforms social, email, content, PR, influencer, and search channels
- Translate campaigns, press moments etc. into cohesive cross-channel marketing initiatives
- Manage day-to-day social media execution across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and Meta, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement
- Plan, write, and collaborate with our design and growth team to execute the company’s email newsletter
- Manage the blog and editorial calendar, overseeing content creation, publishing, and ongoing optimization
- Have a clear understanding of SEO/AEO best practices for keyword research, on-page optimization to apply to our blog
- Collaborate with internal subject-matter medical experts, writers, designers, etc. to produce high-quality content cross platform
- Support PR and earned media efforts
- Identify, manage and execute influencer partnerships, driving awareness and intent
- Track, analyze, and report on performance across all digital channels
- Continuously optimize marketing efforts based on data, insights, and audience behavior
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging channels
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
- 4-7+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing in a fast paced environment
- Strong experience managing and executing across multiple digital channels simultaneously
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and email
- Working knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices
- Experience with influencer campaigns and/or PR collaboration
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to be in a start up mentality, open to test and learn and take on challenges
