Job Role: Digital Marketing & Lead Specialist
Compensation range: $1500 - $1800 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview: Own the digital marketing engine for the client turning content, creative assets, thought leadership, video edits, and strategy into landing pages, nurture sequences, email campaigns, website updates, social distribution, SEO-optimized content, and consistent high-quality MQL flow.
This role exists to increase brand exposure, grow our online community, and generate more leads across all channels — especially through LinkedIn and speaking engagement funnels. Every task should move us closer to:
More awareness → more traffic → more leads → more MQLs → more SQLs → more revenue.
This role is responsible for HubSpot operations, lead generation, funnel execution, and content publishing. Ensuring everything we create is published, automated, tracked, and driving measurable pipeline impact.
We need an experienced Digital Marketer with advanced HubSpot, strong WordPress capability, solid SEO, and proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns that grow audience and lead flow.
They must be able to take creative assets (design + video) and turn them into output, build landing pages, publish content, schedule posts, manage workflows, and execute a full digital ecosystem that is consistent, polished, and conversion-focused.
Strong attention to detail, CRM discipline, data accuracy, short-form copywriting, and funnel logic is essential.
