Compensation range: $1500 - $1800 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview: Own the digital marketing engine for the client turning content, creative assets, thought leadership, video edits, and strategy into landing pages, nurture sequences, email campaigns, website updates, social distribution, SEO-optimized content, and consistent high-quality MQL flow.

This role exists to increase brand exposure, grow our online community, and generate more leads across all channels — especially through LinkedIn and speaking engagement funnels. Every task should move us closer to:

More awareness → more traffic → more leads → more MQLs → more SQLs → more revenue.

This role is responsible for HubSpot operations, lead generation, funnel execution, and content publishing. Ensuring everything we create is published, automated, tracked, and driving measurable pipeline impact.

We need an experienced Digital Marketer with advanced HubSpot, strong WordPress capability, solid SEO, and proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns that grow audience and lead flow.

They must be able to take creative assets (design + video) and turn them into output, build landing pages, publish content, schedule posts, manage workflows, and execute a full digital ecosystem that is consistent, polished, and conversion-focused.

Strong attention to detail, CRM discipline, data accuracy, short-form copywriting, and funnel logic is essential.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Campaigns, Automation & Email Marketing

  • Build and manage workflows, automations, forms, segments, and lead scoring.
  • Create and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture journeys (downloads, events, speaking gigs, programs).
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate data, tagging, and segmentation.
  • Track campaign performance and continuously improve conversion rates (OR, CTR, CPL, MQL quality).

Lead Generation, Community Growth & MQL Pipeline

  • Drive high-quality MQL flow across inbound channels (landing pages, content funnels, events, downloads).
  • Build nurture journeys for eBooks, speaking events, workshops, and lead magnets.
  • Create post-speaking and post-event follow-up sequences.
  • Research leads using LinkedIn/Sales Navigator and score ICP fit.
  • Import and score leads from Predictive Index (Salesforce) and enrich for BDM.
  • Grow Alicia’s LinkedIn community strategically to increase visibility and lead flow.
  • Optimize funnel steps to improve MQL → SQL conversion and speed.

Website Management, SEO & Content Publishing

  • Manage and update the WordPress website (pages, blogs, case studies, testimonials).
  • Publish content using assets from the designer and video editor.
  • Optimize all pages for SEO (structure, meta, headers, links, keywords).
  • Maintain mobile-friendly, high-quality UX across all pages and landing pages.
  • Publish new content such as resources, speaker pages, events, and thought leadership.
  • Ensure all content increases site traffic, session duration, and conversions.

Social Media Execution & Content Distribution

  • Plan and publish a strategic monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok.
  • Write short, brand-aligned captions that drive reach, engagement, and community growth.
  • Repurpose Predictive Index content into Red Wolf branded formats.
  • Publish all video + design assets with strong CTA and lead focus.
  • Engage with the community and ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Track engagement, growth, reach, impressions, and lead-generating posts.

Reporting, Insights & Continuous Optimization

  • Build monthly dashboards across HubSpot, website, email, and social.
  • Identify insights and provide 2–3 performance recommendations each month.
  • Report on MQL volume, lead quality, campaign performance, landing page conversions, and SEO metrics.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure the digital engine is aligned to revenue and pipeline goals

Requirements

Must Have:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing execution
  • Advanced HubSpot skills (automations, workflows, landing pages, reporting)
  • Strong WordPress experience (content updates, page builds, UX basics)
  • Strong SEO understanding and experience publishing SEO content
  • Strong short-form copywriting/editing
  • Experience managing lead generation funnels
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Confident with CRM hygiene, segmentation, attribution, analytics
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, multi-project environment
  • Proven track record of increasing leads and improving funnel health

Nice to have (but strong filters):

  •  Experience managing event funnels (webinars, speaking gigs, CEO events)
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience building speaker funnel nurtures
  • Canva (for quick edits/resizing)
  • Basic video trimming/captioning
