About the Role

DigiEx Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior/Middle Full-stack Digital Marketing Executive to spearhead the execution of our xGrowth framework. This role is not your typical marketing position; you will be responsible for building "Campaigns-in-a-Box," managing multi-channel execution across Paid, Social, and Content platforms, and identifying winning patterns for our clients. As a creative strategist, you will transition seamlessly from high-level Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) prioritization to the technical setup of tracking and optimization cycles. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring the success of our clients' digital marketing initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and strategies to achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of GTM motions, funnel stages, and lead lifecycle management, coupled with hands-on experience in various digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the GTM Blueprint by prioritizing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), segmenting audiences, and developing compelling messaging angles.
  • Develop Offer Architecture, mapping primary and supporting offers to the awareness, consideration, and conversion stages of the funnel.
  • Build repeatable Campaign Kits, including core hooks, CTA mapping, and channel-specific asset lists.
  • Manage the account structure, audience targeting, and creative copy for Paid Ads on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
  • Execute a "proof-first" LinkedIn distribution cadence and manage a lean content engine focused on high-intent topics for Social & Content marketing.
  • Map the conversion journey from download to booked call, implementing email templates and automated follow-up sequences for Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Own the KPI Model, tracking Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) and Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) while maintaining CAC guardrails.
  • Conduct weekly growth reviews and manage the Experiment Tracker to document learnings and optimize strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B Tech or Agency environments.
  • Deep understanding of GTM motions, funnel stages, and lead lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM), GA4, GTM, and paid ad platforms (LinkedIn/Google/Meta).
  • Ability to create landing page copy blocks and manage creative production workflows.
  • Professional English writing and communication skills for global market engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
  • Experience with AI Automation workflows and AI Agents for lead routing and content repurposing.
  • Background in SEO content production and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Ability to manage "Anti-custom creep" and maintain scope boundaries during delivery.
