We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who knows how to turn insight and creativity into high‑quality B2B leads. If you understand what truly drives demand in B2B and enjoy experimenting across channels to find what works best, this role is for you.

You’ll plan and run B2B campaigns across multiple digital platforms, working alongside an ambitious and fast‑growing marketing team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in telematics solutions, deepen your B2B marketing expertise, and make a real impact on how innovative technology reaches customers worldwide.

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

At Teltonika, you will work on global-scale events, contribute to building world-class experiences for our partners and clients, and grow professionally in an international and dynamic environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of Teltonika’s telematics division digital demand-generation initiatives, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
  • Execute and optimize inbound-driven paid acquisition campaigns, primary through Google and Bing ads, retargeting and other intent-based channels.
  • Own, administer, and optimize HubSpot, ensuring all inbound traffic, leads, and data are accurately captured, routed, and distributed across Sales teams.
  • Own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end inbound marketing funnel, including ads, landing pages and email campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel measurement, proactively identifying and resolving data or tracking gaps.
  • Monitor campaign performance and inbound lead quality, prepare regular performance reports and insights, and translate data into clear optimization actions.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to improve cost efficiency, conversion rates, and lead quality across inbound channels.
  • Collaborate daily with cross‑functional teams - including Marketing, Design and Sales - to align targeting, messaging, and inbound growth priorities.
  • Conduct internal audits of email marketing, lead generation funnels, and website performance (Google Analytics, Semrush, Mailerlite) to identify optimization opportunities and increase conversion rates.
  • Maintain clear documentation of inbound funnels, HubSpot logic, lead routing, and campaign setup to ensure scalability and continuity.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring the latest SEO, digital marketing, and paid advertising trends and best practices.

What we expect of you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, preferably in a B2B or technology‑driven environment.
  • Practical experience managing inbound‑driven paid acquisition channels, especially Google and Bing ads and retargeting.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, including lead capture, lead routing, workflows, lifecycle stages, and inbound funnel logic.
  • Experience working with end‑to‑end inbound funnels: from traffic acquisition to lead conversion and nurture.
  • Experience working with multiple markets or regions, including adapting campaigns, messaging, or lead distribution for international audiences.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices, with the ability to apply them in practice.
  • Experience analyzing digital marketing performance and making data‑driven optimization decisions.
  • Hands‑on experience with analytics and tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Semrush, PowerBI).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), as you will work in an international environment.

What we offer:

  • Great opportunities to grow in a strong and rapidly expanding company.
  • Interesting and ambitious projects of industrial GPS tracking devices.
  • Place where curiosity is key: here, we share knowledge and learn in training courses.
  • Dynamic, challenging work environment and cooperation-based internal culture.
  • Care about your emotional and physical well-being by offering flexible work schedules and health insurance.
  • Company-paid sports activities (basketball, football, volleyball, yoga) and other sports events.
  • Celebrating achievements and having fun together in team building, summer festivals, and other important occasions.
  • Opportunity for solid bonuses when participating in the recommendation program.
  • We delight with birthday and Christmas gifts and rewards on work anniversaries.
  • Office snacks.
