Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist

About the Role

We seek a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Communication Specialist to use cutting-edge AI tools and digital strategies to elevate our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This role is critical in streamlining content creation and ensuring the brand’s innovative and impactful presence.

Key Responsibilities

·             Marketing Communications: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing communications and strategies aligned with business objectives.  Support marketing events such as project launches, customer promotional meetings, travel fairs, etc.

·             Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage marketing content incorporating AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance output quality.

·             Brand Management: Promote brand awareness and adhere to brand guidelines.  Take initiatives to build market leadership and brand positioning in the markets.

·             Marketing Collateral:  Oversees the creation of marketing materials, including managing graphic design to completion, and acts as brand liaison to the suppliers and partners to ensure consistent brand voice, vision, and aesthetic are achieved.

·             eDM (Electronic Direct Mail): Plan and execute email campaigns, design newsletters, and optimise email marketing strategies.  Coordinate with business partners and research for content and have a flair for eDM design and formatting.  Monitor campaign performance for improvement.

·             Social Media Postings: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram), engage with the audience, analyse social media metrics and use AI to generate engaging content.  Identify social media trends and adapt approaches.

·             AI Marketing: Stay up-to-date with AI and digital marketing trends.  Propose and utilise AI tools and technologies to enhance marketing strategies and implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

·             Training & Development: Lead and educate internal teams on AI tools and best practices to enhance efficiency and creativity across the organisation.

·             Website Management Support: Oversee the creation and distribution of digital content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, lead generation and whitepapers.  Coordinate with business units and the IT digital team to enhance website content.

·             Analytics and Marketing Reporting: Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, MailChimp performance reports, and AgoraPulse to provide insights and make data-driven decisions.  Leverage AI-driven platforms to analyse performance, optimise campaigns and deliver intelligent insights.

Collaboration:  Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams in sales and destination offices to align marketing strategies with over-arching business objectives.  Liaise with business partners to roll out Local and Global Partnerships.
