Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview: This performance-driven position focuses on direct revenue growth and full-funnel conversion rather than brand awareness or social media presence. The individual in this role takes complete ownership of the digital ecosystem, optimizing website booking flows and managing high-intent Google and Meta Ad campaigns to drive tangible leads. Beyond execution, the role centers on leveraging GoHighLevel (GHL) to build sophisticated CRM automations, missed-call text backs, and nurture sequences that bridge the gap between an initial enquiry and a paid deposit. This is a hands-on, outcome-oriented opportunity for a data-driven professional who prioritizes ROI, meticulous reporting, and the continuous improvement of cost-per-lead metrics.

Key Responsibilities


Website & Conversion Optimisation

  • Update and maintain the website (content, pages, landing pages)
  • Improve booking flows and enquiry conversion rates
  • Create and optimise landing pages for campaigns
  • Ensure pricing, room types, and promotions are always current


SEO & Organic Growth

  • Write and optimise SEO content (money pages, blogs, location pages)
  • Improve rankings for high-intent keywords
  • Track keyword performance and organic enquiries
  • Work alongside Google Search Console / rank tracking tools


Paid Advertising

Google Ads

  • Build, manage, and optimise search campaigns
  • Monitor cost-per-click, cost-per-lead, and conversions
  • Create ad copy aligned to bookings and seasonal demand

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Create and manage campaigns for promotions and remarketing
  • Test creatives and audiences
  • Drive enquiries and bookings, not likes


GoHighLevel (GHL) & CRM Automation

  • Build and manage funnels, pipelines, and automations
  • Set up lead follow-ups, missed-call text backs, and nurture flows
  • Track enquiries → bookings → deposits
  • Maintain clean CRM data and tagging


Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Weekly performance reporting focused on:
    • Enquiries
    • Bookings
    • Deposits

  • Identify what’s working, what’s not, and make adjustments
  • Tie marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes

Requirements
