Digital Fitness Instructor

We’re building the next generation of the MAGIC Instructor team.

MAGIC is an at-home mirror that brings great coaching into people’s living rooms, bedrooms, and spare rooms. Workouts are accessed through touch and delivered on screen, guiding people through movement in a way that feels personal, supportive, and a little bit magical.

Coaching quality matters to us - a lot.

We’re looking for on-screen instructors who can teach clearly, connect through a lens, and help beginners feel confident moving their body, even if they’ve never done this before.

You might coach strength, HIIT, yoga, pilates, boxing or dance. What matters most isn’t how loud or hyped you are, but how well you communicate and how you make people feel.

This role is a great fit if you:

• enjoy coaching to camera (or are genuinely excited to try)
• can explain things simply, without overcomplicating them
• create classes that feel supportive, intentional and fun

This isn’t a one-off gig. We’re building a small, consistent coaching team that becomes the familiar, trusted faces of the MAGIC mirror.

We’re especially keen to hear from US and Canadian coaches based in London as we continue to grow in North America.
