Digital & Experience Project Manager

We are looking for a strong and curious Digital Project Manager interested in collaborating with a growing Experience team in Tokyo, working across our growing Experience team and integrated Creative teams. This position will challenge your experience within digital and traditional marketing.  

Your role would be to partner with our team for the development and execution of digital campaigns for a global consumer goods client. Lots of career potential in this dynamic team!  

 

Key Accountabilities 

A Project Manager plans, organizes and executes digital projects from start to finish. He or she estimates, scopes and creates project plans for internal and external teams and meets with clients to understand needs, determine specifications and coordinate planning.  

Strong interpersonal skills and an eye for detail are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with Account, Technical and Creative teams. This position may also be known as “project leader.”  

 

Core Duties 

  • Design, develop, and manage methodology and process throughout the project. 
  • Develop accurate and informed scopes of work including schedules and budgets, using the correct tools (i.e. Smartsheet) and with regard to client and agency needs/expectations. 
  • Find opportunities to improve the project management process and take initiative to make them happen. 

 

Qualifications 

  • A proven track record of driving interactive digital projects 
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to excel in a rapid development environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English for multiple audiences (successful candidate will be client-facing immediately) 
  • Ability to help manage internal and external teams and projects within a fast-paced environment
