Are you a passionate and highly motivated designer who thrives on creating visually stunning, impactful, and effective creative work? In an increasingly competitive marketplace, design plays a crucial role in delivering industry-leading, world-class campaigns that captivate audiences 

We are looking for a talented Designer with a strong digital and social focus to bring fresh creativity, strong conceptual thinking, and a deep understanding of branding to our team. You’ll take projects from brief to completion, ensuring that every piece of work is both beautiful and effective, while collaborating closely with our clients to bring their brands to life. 

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Produce outstanding, innovative designsacross digitalsocial and print channels. 
  • Lead the full design lifecyclefrom concept to execution. 
  • Develop a deep understandingof target audiences and client marketing strategies to create impactful and engaging design solutions. 
  • Pitch creative ideasin response to marketing strategies, presenting solutions that inspire and excite. 
  • Ensure all final design assetsare delivered to the highest standard and meet technical specifications. 

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • 4+ years of experiencein a digital agency or creative environment. 
  • A passion for design, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong conceptual thinkingand the ability to bring creative ideas to life. 

Deep Understanding of digital and social best practice and consumer behaviour 

  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality work on time. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Confidence in client-facing interactions, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express). 
  • An understanding of UX/UI and responsive designis an advantage. 
  • Working knowledge of After Effects animationis a plus. 
  • Experience in both on- and offline design, with a digital& social first mindset. 
  • Mid-level retouching skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving client environment.
  • A proactive, driven, and collaborative approach.
  • An interest in AI-driven design tools(such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Stable Diffusion, or similar) and a passion to explore how AI can enhance creative work. 
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to emerging AI technologies, integrating them into design workflows to drive innovation and efficiency.
