Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

In this senior marketing design role, you’ll set the strategic visual direction for high-impact digital campaigns that drive business results for our Ramsey Personalities. You’ll partner closely with marketers, writers, and brand leaders to translate business goals and audience insights into cohesive, conversion-focused experiences across the full funnel. From concepting and designing landing pages and email flows to social content and paid ads, you’ll balance data-informed decision-making, speed, and clarity with a high bar for creative excellence to ensure every design choice supports growth, performance, and brand integrity.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You think like a marketer and understand clicks, conversions, funnels, and customer journeys, not just visual polish.
• You collaborate well with strategy and marketing teams and are comfortable owning the visual outcome with the team.
• You can manage multiple projects at once and still deliver excellence under tight timelines.
• You have 5+ years of experience working on digital marketing design assets
• You have a strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, email marketing, social content, and paid digital ads.
• You’re fluent in Figma and skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, delivering fast, high-quality work.
• You bring a calm, relational, and collaborative approach that builds trust across teams.

• Your landing pages, emails, and campaigns drive higher engagement, click-through, and conversion rates across channels.

• You provide clear visual direction that helps campaigns feel aligned, intentional, and on-brand.
