We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:

Manage a creative team specializing in interactive web design, video editing, and animation.

Develop websites and micro-sites that effectively promote commercial real estate, aligning with user journeys to optimize experiences, increase engagement, and generate leads.

Create and manage structured web design templates and content modules.
-
Design wireframes, mockups, and production-ready comps.
-
Produce social media graphics, interactive documents, marketing materials, interactive maps and reports, and infographics as required.

Drive initiatives to enhance analytics effectiveness through strategic planning and successful implementation.

Collaborate with the innovation team and marketing professionals on web development processes and enhancements as necessary.
- Provide support in proofreading, testing, and maintaining client websites and team deliverables to ensure accuracy and meet quality standards.

Monitor user and client feedback and make routine updates to layouts as needed.

Occasionally write copy for marketing deliverables.
-
Convert graphic, video, and written components into compatible formats for the web.

Collaborate with remote/hybrid team members and other departments.

Perform other assigned duties as required.

Advanced proficiency in web and graphic design software such as XD, Dreamweaver, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

Experience in creating websites using CMS platforms, with preference given to experience with Ceros, WIX, or WordPress.

Familiarity with front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.

Impressive portfolio demonstrating creative, design, and technical skills.

Understanding and appreciation for typography, white space, visual hierarchy, and color theory.

Ability to enhance user-friendliness in digital products.

Strong leadership abilities, with at least 3 years of management experience.

Quick learner, adaptable to new platforms and software, and up-to-date with industry trends.

Strong work ethic, excellent organization skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects with changing priorities.

Effective collaborator with exceptional customer service skills, capable of managing expectations and providing innovative, client-focused, and creative solutions.

Openness to receiving and learning from constructive feedback.

Proactive in task and time management, capable of prioritizing multiple projects.

Ability to implement efficient systems and best practices.

Experience in video editing and animation.

In-depth knowledge and practical application of web standards, responsive/adaptive page design, prototyping, and testing on various mobile and desktop platforms.

Excellent proficiency in business computer skills, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
