We’re looking for a Digital Campaign Manager who’s passionate about driving performance through data, creativity, and experimentation. In this role, you’ll manage paid search and social campaigns that reach millions, test bold ideas, and help shape strategies that deliver real impact for our fans.

You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, email, and content teams, using paid media as a lever to connect people to the products and messages that change lives. If you love testing, learning, and optimizing, this is the place to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and social campaigns to maximize ROI and minimize CPL
• Test ad creative, audiences, and messaging to find what resonates most
• Collaborate with email, design, and organic teams to drive cross-channel performance
• Report insights and results clearly, helping the team understand what’s working and why
• Use data to guide campaign strategies, targeting, and spend allocation
• Explore new opportunities in geo-targeting, audience segmentation, and content-driven paid media 

We Think You’ll Thrive Here If

• You have 3+ years of experience managing paid search and/or social campaigns
• You’re comfortable working across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• You’re energized by testing creative ideas and improving results through data
