DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities. We’re currently looking for a Digital Asset Manager to join our New York City based team. The Digital Asset Manager plays a key role in our creative department by ensuring all of our digital assets are strategically filed away, meet brand guidelines, and are readily available for digital distribution through a wide variety of channels. Your Impact
  • Track and monitor the security of files, along with developing security policies to keep data safe
  • Maintain the highest level of quality control for all asset deliverables including consistency, accuracy, and completeness against brand standards
  • Input/manage data from multiple sources & planning tools to identify discrepancies
  • Track and organize production and distribution of assets; quality assurance checks for metadata/ labeling of assets
  • Follow defined best practices to organize assets that are created, expired or in process
  • Incorporate standard workflows, forms and files to maintain timely asset creation and availability
  • Manage how digital assets interact with employees and the public, including keeping file permissions and usage rights up to date
  • Your Experience
  • 2 years relevant, content management, systems management experience
  • Able to collaborate confidently and successfully within a team environment
