Digital Asset Manager

As an Asset Operations Manager, you will manage and continuously improve the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets listed on our platform. You’ll be directly responsible for executing listings, asset monitoring, and delistings, including configuring, testing, and enabling digital assets and corresponding trading pairs for spot and margin markets. You’ll be responsible for managing what gets listed and delisted and when, and also for creating and enforcing automated checks and workflows that help to improve digital asset operations.

Operational execution

• Perform listings and delistings, including configuration of trading pairs for spot and margin markets.
• Verify that all required data, liquidity sources, and pricing integrations are functioning before activation.
• Ensure that deposits, withdrawals, and trading are enabled in a controlled and function properly.
• Conduct post-listing checks to confirm that assets are fully operational and visible to end users.

Digital asset control & monitoring

• Define standards for asset quality.
• Implement daily asset health checks to verify asset liquidity, market availability, etc.
• Develop automated alerts or dashboards to proactively identify issues before they affect customers.

Process improvements

• Drive listing and delisting process improvements, break down improvements into milestones with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Identify inefficiencies in the listing workflow and collaborate with product, engineering, and finance teams to automate or streamline them.
• Establish and maintain delisting criteria based on compliance, liquidity, or technical performance.
• Automate delisting workflows where possible to reduce manual work and risk.
• Coordinate with product, finance, and engineering teams to ensure delisting notices and user impacts are properly managed.
