What We’re Looking For
Northern is seeking an experienced Digital Analytics & CRO Manager (Contractor) to lead discovery, instrumentation strategy, and implementation of end-to-end analytics and on-site performance programs across client websites and landing environments.
You'll own data infrastructure, tagging, and reporting while driving CRO, UX analysis, and web performance to ensure media-driven traffic converts efficiently and insights are accurate, actionable, and trusted across creative, media, development, and client teams.
You must have hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale analytics ecosystems from concept through deployment, including data layer architecture, tag management and consent frameworks, experimentation roadmaps, performance diagnostics, and executive reporting—serving as the agency’s single source of truth for analytics, tagging, and reporting.

We’re looking for independent contractors to join our team and contribute to exciting, high-impact projects. Compensation will be based on your proposed rate, relevant skills, experience, and market alignment. Contractors are responsible for providing their own tools and equipment needed to perform the work. Payment will be issued within 30 days of receiving a valid invoice.
