The Digital Advertising Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of Restaurant365’s paid media and digital advertising initiatives across all key channels. In this role, the Manager will drive full-funnel performance marketing efforts—from demand creation to conversion optimization—and play a key part in shaping the go-to-market strategy across segments. This position represents an elevation in scope from tactical campaign execution to end-to-end ownership, cross-functional leadership, and measurable revenue contribution. This role serves as the hands-on lead for all paid advertising efforts and is designed for high-impact individual contribution with strategic ownership. Over time, the role may evolve into a player-coach function as the paid media team expands.
How you'll add value:
Lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and others.
Align channel strategies with broader demand generation goals to maximize pipeline and ROI.
Manage the end-to-end media calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Restaurant365’s paid media agency.
Own the paid media budget, including allocation, pacing, forecasting, and reconciliation.
Make real-time adjustments to maximize efficiency and deliver against CPL and Build Value+ targets.
Monitor KPIs and deliver reporting on campaign performance (e.g., impressions, clicks, CPL, Qualified Rate, pipeline contribution, ROI).
Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
Test, learn, and iterate to continuously improve campaign results.
Partner with the Demand Generation team on account-based marketing initiatives by leading the media strategy, targeting, and execution for identified high-value accounts and segments.
Leverage tools like 6sense, LinkedIn Matched Audiences, and custom audiences for precision targeting.
Collaborate with Field Marketing, SEO, Content, Creative, and Sales to ensure campaign alignment and effective messaging.
Partner with the SEO and Content teams on landing page testing and conversion rate optimization.
Manage day-to-day operations within advertising platforms and coordinate with Marketing Ops to maintain UTM standards, tracking, and integrations.
Identify opportunities to evolve the digital marketing tech stack and workflows.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:
5+ years of digital marketing experience, including hands-on paid media management in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and YouTube.
Proven ability to manage large-scale media budgets with performance accountability.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and ROI analysis.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
Experience working with external agencies or media vendors.
Familiarity with Domo or similar BI tools.
Experience in restaurant tech or a similar B2B vertical.
R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
This position has a salary range of $78,000 - $118,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
