What You'll OWN & Crush:

• 👁️‍🗨️ Meticulous Ad Reviews: Scrutinize short-form video and static ads, catching any errors in copy, visuals, audio, or graphics.
• ⚖️ Brand & Legal Gatekeeping: Master and enforce client guidelines – logos, fonts, colors, spacing, disclaimers, prohibited language – no mistakes allowed.
• 🎯 Deadline Dominator: Independently manage your queue of reviews, ensuring on-time delivery, every time. Punctuality and meeting deadlines are non-negotiable here.
• 🚨 Flawless Flagging: Document every single finding accurately in our workflow systems (like Monday.com, Frame.io). Clear communication is key.
• 🔄 Guideline Guru: Keep internal documentation updated with the latest client brand and legal standards.
• ✅ Final Go/No-Go: Confirm final outputs meet all platform, client, brand, and legal requirements with unwavering accuracy.

You're Built for This If You Have:

• Proven Precision: 1+ year experience in Digital Ad QC or a highly detailed Proofreading role.
• English Language Mastery: Exceptional fluency (grammar, spelling, written & oral communication).
• Eagle Eyes: A legendary level of attention to detail. Seriously, you spot things others miss. ✨
• Ironclad Reliability: Stellar organizational skills, the ability to prioritize ruthlessly, and an unshakeable commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Independent Drive: You thrive in fast-paced environments and manage your workload autonomously.
• Tech Comfort: Comfortable navigating various computer applications. Familiarity with Monday.com and Frame.io is a HUGE plus! 💻
