Digital Account Manager for a Marketing Agency (US-based/Remote)

We are looking for a Client Success / Digital Account Manager to onboard and manage clients for our agency’s Google Ads and landing page services.

This role requires someone who understands funnels, landing pages, and how online conversions work — not just at a surface level, but practically. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, clear communication, and successful campaign launches.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard and manage new clients for the agency's Google Ads and landing page services
• Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and ensure successful campaign launches
• Oversee and support a virtual assistant who handles day-to-day client tasks
• Demonstrate a general understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and website management
• Identify opportunities to improve existing client systems and processes

Requirements

• Funnel and landing page expert: understands how domains, websites, landing pages and conversion work. 
• General SEO and Google Adsunderstanding.
• 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing, digital marketing, or project management role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive client success
• Fluent in English (South American or South African candidates preferred)
