The Role
As a Digital Account Manager, you own the health, growth, and delivery of key client accounts.
You are the primary point of trust for clients and the person who sets direction internally. You’ll shape priorities, guide teams, and make sure work lands on time, on budget, and with impact.
This is not a coordination role. You are expected to think, decide, and lead.
Our work is increasingly AI-enabled and culturally aware. You’ll have access to pro licences for leading AI tools, strong hardware, and a modern digital stack. We don’t prescribe how you work — we expect you to proactively find smarter, faster, better ways to plan, communicate, analyse, and deliver.
Success here comes from judgment, leverage, and clarity — not long hours.

If something consistently slips, surprises people, or escalates late, you’re expected to fix the system — and you’ll have the mandate to do so.
